This statement explains how accessible the Fuegolo website (fuegolo.com) is, what limits we know of and how to contact us if something does not work for you.

Our commitment

Fuegolo wants this website to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the widely used Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA.

Conformance status

Partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines at level AA: most of the site meets them, and the known exceptions are listed below.

What we have done

  • Automated checks: every page tested with axe-core against the guidelines' level A and AA rules, in light and dark themes. No contrast, form label or focus errors were found.
  • Keyboard: all menus, search, filters and the quote form work with a keyboard. Pop-up panels (menu, search, filter sheet) keep focus inside while open, close with Escape and return focus to the button that opened them. A "Skip to content" link is the first item on every page.
  • Touch targets: buttons and links on phones and tablets have a touch area of at least 44 × 44 px, including breadcrumbs, the menu and the legal page contents.
  • Reflow and zoom: pages fit from 320 px wide to desktop without sideways scrolling, in English, Spanish and French.
  • Motion: when your device is set to reduce motion, the flame animations on the home page and on product pages stop as soon as you scroll, the 3D viewer does not turn on its own and scrolling is not animated. Animations also pause when they are off screen or the browser tab is hidden.
  • Display: light and dark themes, following your device or chosen in the theme menu.
  • Language: each page declares its language (English, Spanish or French), so screen readers use the right voice.
  • 3D viewer: can be turned with the arrow keys and zoomed with + and −. Dimensions and specifications are also given as text and drawings.
  • Security check: the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which Cloudflare states meets the guidelines at level AA, instead of an image puzzle.

Known limitations

  • PDF catalogs and manuals are not tagged for accessibility, so screen readers may read them poorly. Contact us and we will send the content in another format.
  • Flame animations on the home page and on product pages play continuously and have no pause button. If your device is set to reduce motion, they play when the page opens and stop as soon as you scroll.
  • Series cards on the home and About pages use a link with a list-item role, flagged as a minor issue by automated checks.
  • Testing coverage: the site has not yet been fully tested with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack).

We are working to fix these limitations and will update this statement when we do. The flame animations limitation is a design choice and will not change.

How we tested

This statement is based on a self-assessment by Fuegolo, not an external audit. Tests used axe-core, Playwright with Chromium and WebKit (Safari's engine), Lighthouse, hit-testing of touch areas and keyboard checks of the menu, search, filters, 3D viewer and quote form, at widths from 320 to 1440 px.
