This policy explains what personal data Fuegolo collects through this website and its contact channels, why, and what rights you have.

1. Who we are
This website is run by Fuegolo ("we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described in this policy is used.

2. Personal data we collect
Quote request form (contact page). When you send the form we receive:
- your name, email address, country and profession (required);
- your company, phone or WhatsApp number with country code, project type, estimated quantity and the product categories you select (optional);
- your message (required);
- any files you attach (plans, drawings or photos; up to 10 MB in total);
- the list of models you saved while browsing (model codes and quantities), if you choose to send it;
- the date and time you confirmed the privacy checkbox.
Please do not include personal data of other people in your message or files (for example your client's name or address) unless it is needed for the quote.
Messaging and email. If you contact us by WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Botim or email, we receive your phone number or email address, your profile name and the content of your messages and files.
Technical data. When you visit the site, our hosting provider processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. When you start filling in the quote form, your browser loads the security check (Cloudflare Turnstile); when you send the form, it processes technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs. It does not read your form entries.
Site statistics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures page speed without cookies and without identifying you.
Saved model list and theme. The model list and your light/dark choice are stored only in your own browser (see the cookie policy). We do not receive them unless you send the model list with a quote request.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. The site is not aimed at them.
3. Why we use your data

We do not send newsletters or advertising emails. We do not build profiles and we do not make decisions based solely on automated processing.
Required form fields are marked with an asterisk. Without them we cannot reply to your request.
4. How long we keep it
- Quote requests and messages that do not lead to a sale: up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then deleted.
- Customer and commercial records: for the duration of the business relationship, then 6 years for accounting and commercial records and 4 years for tax records, then deleted.
- Checkbox confirmation records: for as long as needed to show that you were informed and confirmed it, and no longer than the request or customer data they relate to.
- Security logs: only for the short time our hosting provider needs for security purposes, then deleted.
When we keep data only for record-keeping, we restrict access to it and use it for nothing else.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement, with the distributors and installers described below, or where we are legally required to (for example by the tax or police authorities).

Authorized distributors and installers. If your request concerns an area served by an authorized Fuegolo distributor or installer, we may pass your contact details and request to them only so they can answer that request (for example to quote, deliver or install). They may use your data only for that purpose.
Messaging apps. WhatsApp (Meta), Viber (Rakuten Viber), Telegram and Botim are used only if you choose to contact us there. Each app provider decides independently how it uses your data, under its own terms and privacy policy, and may send it to countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as your own. If you prefer not to use these apps, please use the form or email.
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- access your personal data;
- correct inaccurate data;
- delete your data;
- stop using your data for a purpose you object to;
- limit how we use your data in certain cases;
- give you a copy of data you gave us, in a common format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it, without affecting what we did before.
To exercise your rights, write to info@fuegolo.com and say what you are asking for. We may ask for information to confirm your identity. We reply within one month. For complex requests this may take up to two further months, and we will tell you if so. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
If you think we have not handled your data correctly, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or providers change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you directly where possible.
