fuegolo.com is owned and run by Fuegolo. In these terms, "Fuegolo", "we" and "us" refer to Fuegolo.

This website presents the gas and bioethanol fireplaces and burners designed by Fuegolo, with product information, technical documents and a form to request a quote. It is aimed mainly at professionals (architects, interior designers, dealers and installers) and also at private buyers.

The website does not sell products online and does not show prices. A quote request does not create a contract. Any sale is subject to a written quote or order confirmation and to the conditions stated in it.

2. Use of the website

By using this website you agree to these terms. In particular, you agree not to:

  • use the website or its content for illegal purposes or in a way that may harm Fuegolo or other people;
  • send false information through the quote form or other channels;
  • try to access restricted areas, interfere with the website's operation or introduce malicious software;
  • copy or reuse the content beyond what is allowed in section 3.

3. Intellectual property

The content of this website (texts, photographs, renderings, 3D models, drawings, catalogs, manuals, logos, trade names and the site design and software) belongs to Fuegolo or is used under license.

You may view the content and download the catalogs and manuals for your own information or for a specific project involving Fuegolo products. Any other copying, distribution, publication or modification requires our prior written permission.

Third-party software and fonts, all served from this website:

  • DM Sans and Jost fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1);
  • Phosphor icons (MIT License);
  • three.js and its GLTF loader, used by the 3D viewer (MIT License);
  • meshoptimizer decoder (MIT License).

4. Product information and images

Product information, dimensions, technical data, images and documents are provided for guidance. They may change without notice and do not replace the installation manual supplied with each product.

Some images on this website are computer-generated visualizations and may differ from the finished product.

5. Liability

We take reasonable care to keep the information on this website accurate and the site available, but we cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or interruptions. Fuegolo is not responsible for:

  • errors or omissions in the content, or decisions taken on the basis of it without confirmation from Fuegolo;
  • interruptions, technical faults or damage caused by viruses or other harmful elements that could not reasonably be prevented;
  • damage arising from the installation or use of a product other than as described in its installation manual and the local installation rules.

Gas appliances must be installed by a qualified gas installer and bioethanol appliances by a competent installer, in line with the manual and the rules of the country or region of installation.

This website contains links that open external services, such as WhatsApp, Viber, Telegram, Botim and email. These services are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. Fuegolo does not control them and is not responsible for their content or practices.

If you want to link to this website, please link to the home page or another public page, without framing the content and without implying a relationship with Fuegolo that does not exist.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Please check this page when you use the website.
